Freshness Guarantee



Delivery information

  1. Quality is our priority. We never sold pre-frozen fish. Therefore delivery may take from 3 to 7 working days if one of your items is not available at our 'today' catch. We would not rush to deliver it if your seafood is not the freshest.
  2. Check whether your shipping address is within our delivery area. If your postcode is not on our list, our system will alert you during your purchase process. 
  3. To assure you get the best possible freshness of your order, kindly ensure that someone is available to receive your item. 
  4. In case the of no person is available to receive your order, we will re-deliver upon request at no additional charge.
  5. If you would like your item to be delivered on a specified date and time, kindly leave a remark on shipping column. 
  6. We can't change the date once your item is shipped.

Refund and Return Policy

1) Goods sold are not refundable (except products under Freshness Guarantee).

2) Refund is allowed only for duplicate payment and order cancellation before delivery.

   Important notice: 

  • We'll provide 100% refund for payment made via PayPal and Credit Card only.
  • 95% refund for payment made via online banking
